My name is Matt Robitaille, the Chef, and co-owner of Stoked. I've been in the restaurant industry for roughly 10 years now. I studied Culinary Management as well as Business and Entreprenshp at Algonquin College. I've grown up all over Canada and am also a frequent traveler. I've cooked for weddings, private events, and banquets all over the city. From pub to 5-star restaurants, my cooking skills are well versed.
Over the colder months, my food truck, Stoked is forced to close its doors and my team transitions to personal/private events. Our specialty is small at-home parties where attention to detail is our top priority. Our goal is to help you host the best party possible.
What is it that we do exactly? Enjoy the experience of a personal chef in your home. I will create a creative, custom menu specifically for your event using top-quality ingredients. Let us turn your kitchen/dining room into a professional restaurant We will cook, provide table service and take care of the clean-up. We will supply all cookware, plates, bowls, etc.
