In the 2023 season, we will be offering our upscale barbecue catering pop-up at some of the best venues in Ottawa, as well as providing intimate catering experiences for small weddings and events.

In addition to the traditional barbecue options, our catering service also provides a wide range of vegetarian and vegan options. We work with local vendors to source unique ingredients and flavours, curating special menus that accommodate all types of dietary restrictions and preferences. Our passion for flavour is evident in every item, from the unique flavours of our char-grilled vegetables, to the slow smoked brisket, to the varied and flavourful salads. Our carefully crafted menus guarantee an unforgettable backyard barbecue experience for all guests

Meet The Team

Matt Robitaille
"Hello, I'm Matt. Growing up, I was fascinated by the diverse flavours and cooking styles from around the world, and that curiosity led me to travel and explore new tastes and cultures.
I bring my love of adventure to my plates by incorporating elements of my travels into my cooking. My culinary style primarily draws from classic barbecue techniques, but I infuse it with a touch of elegance to create dishes that are both comforting and elevated. I'm always experimenting with new ingredients and techniques, and I strive to put a personal spin on classic recipes.

In 2020, I took the leap and started Stoked, my own food venture. Despite the challenging economic climate in the restaurant industry, I saw it as an opportunity to turn my passion into a business. I look forward to continuing to grow and evolve as a chef, and to bring my culinary creations to even more people."

Kyle Wilson
"My name is Kyle Wilson, and I was born and raised in Ottawa. I’ve had the pleasure of working in the hospitality industry for the past 15 years and, most recently, I’ve had the amazing opportunity to perfect my craft as an Executive Chef. To me, whether you’re creating it or indulging in it, food should be an unforgettable experience.
I pride myself on teaching others and sharing my knowledge in what I love to do most: creating dishes that not only taste great but provide that memorable experience. My favourite types of cuisine range from Mediterranean to Asian influences. I love pairing textures with lots of flavours, so you get to experience a rollercoaster with every bite. I'm looking forward to the recent partnership with stoked and couldn't be more excited for the future."

Matt Pinkus
Good day! My name is Matt and I have been a part of the culinary industry my whole life, as my parents worked in this field. Growing up in this environment gave me the chance to learn and develop my skills early on. I have been working professionally in the culinary industry since 2005, and have had the privilege of learning from some talented chefs.
In 2020, I took an opportunity to move to Brockville, Ontario, where I became a head chef at a locally owned brewery. In this role, I was able to further my skills and focus on improving the quality of the food. I decided to incorporate scratch BBQ into the menu, and it was well received by the community and helped take the restaurant to the next level. I am eager for this new opportunity to collaborate with other talented individuals to provide an exceptional dining experience.
