We like to think of it as coloring outside the lines of traditional barbecue. Our food is "inspired by smoke" and our motto is "great vibes and bangin' customer service.

Chef Matt Robitaille

First Studied Culinary Arts at Algonquin College in 2014 and then Business & Entrepreneurship in 2019. Matt has been working in the restaurant industry for just under a decade. He is also a frequent traveler and likes to bring back influences from his trips to create new dishes. From Smokehouses to fine dining and coast to coast, he will be bringing lots of fun new flavors.


The Truck

Before Stoked, Our girl lived a long beautiful life, first, she was a 1999 Ford Purolator truck, then was converted into A Louisiana Smokehouse in 2013 and ran for 7 years here in Ottawa. Now, she's been renovated, rebranded and she's ready to turn heads again. She is also outfitted with a Fast Eddy Smoker, its capable of cooking150 lbs. pork butts, 120 lbs. brisket, 90 lbs. ribs, or 30 chickens per load


Sutton Mckay

Studied Hotel & Restaurant Management at Algonquin College where he won Student of the Year and introduced 3 scholarships. Current business owner of 2 automotive businesses, he brings business experience and demonstrates the capability of business growth. Having traveled to many places, he loves adding foreign flair to the social & culinary context. He's dedicated to exceeding our customer expectations
